缠绕垫的简介：
金属缠绕垫片是目前应用广泛的一种密封垫片，为半金属密合垫中回弹性垫片，由V形或W形薄钢带与各种填充料交替缠绕而成，能耐高温、高压和适应超低 温或真空下的条件使用，通过改变垫片的材料组合，可解决各种介质对垫片的化学腐蚀问题，其结构密度可依据不同的锁紧力要求来制作，为加强主体和准确定位， 缠绕垫片设有金属内加强环和外定位环，利用内外钢环来控制其^大压紧度，对垫片接触的法兰密封面的表面精度要求不高。
缠绕垫的适用范围：
石油、化工、冶金、电力、船舶、机械等行业的管道、阀门、压力容器、冷凝器、换热器、塔、人孔、手孔等法兰连接处密封。
适用温度：-196℃--+870℃（柔性石墨）
≤+250℃ （聚四氟乙烯）
≤+500℃ （特殊石棉）
介质：适用于高温高压蒸气、油、油气、溶剂、热煤体油等。
缠绕垫的使用说明：
注意事项
1、垫片的缠绕部分必须介于法兰密封面之间，不可随意加宽缠绕部分的宽度，这样势必影响螺栓的压紧力，从而影响垫片的密封性能。
2、基本型垫片^好不要用在凹凸面法兰上，这是因为基本型垫片在法兰轴向压紧力作用下，垫片内圈焊点容易开焊，从而导致垫片失效。
3、在高温、寒冷或冷热频繁交变、振动较大、强腐蚀介质等恶劣工况条件下，用于平面法兰和凸面法兰的垫片^好加装合理材料的内环。
4、绝不能用低材质垫片取代高材质垫片。避免材料腐蚀或其它原因造成垫片失效。
